Diversity is temporarily closed for awhile.  I  was going to move into a building but the
"new" landlord  for the building  on main  street turned out to be a  real dick so I told
my attorney to tell him where to stick his building and his deposit!

Then  I was going to  move into another one  but the owners, again,  filthy rich people I
like to call  assholes, decided not to rent  the building because they get more out of it
if  they leave it empty and  write the appraised value off  on their taxes each  year, so
basically, instead of getting about  $6,000 a year in cash for rent, they can declare the
full value of about $90,000+ off on their taxes!  Rich people are snotty and stuck up and
I can't stand them for the way they think!

Anyway, long story short,  I know, too late,  but I am going to  be trying to purchase  a
building instead of renting.  I'm working with a realtor for this and right now I am just
trying to find a building that suits the needs for Diversity.  Most are too small for our
business needs or the owners have literally wrecked them and expect the new tenent to pay
to fix everything and I just won't waste  money like that.  I'll keep this as updated  as
possible so check back every week or two for any updates.

We still have  our business license and everything so it is just  a matter of finding the
appropriate space.  In the meantime if you want piercings, send me an email and I'll come
to your house and do it or a friends.   Everything is just as professional and sterile as
it was and if you want a tattoo you can call either artist and set up an appointment with
