Nepenthes aristolochioides

Pure or Hybrid: Pure Type: Highland - Grows between 3000 feet & 10,000 feet above sea level. They experience warm days, cool nights and continuous high humidity! Origin: West Sumatra Adult Pitcher: Near 3" to 5" tall. Lighting: Needs bright light, but not direct sun light. If kept in a greenhouse, it requires 50% shade cloth. Watering: Water from above and allow the excess to drain into a tray. Water like this when water is gone from the tray! Comments: This's one of the most amazing of the Nepenthes species because of its unique, bladder-like pitcher and its lateral-opening mouth. Becasue it is so "different", it is a highly saught after species.
