Available Pets:

None at this time

Available Breeders:

White-Eye Conure: Up for sale is an 11 year old breeder male White-Eye Conure. He was with his mate for a bit over 9 years and produced but the hen died of natural causes (avian vet said old age). He has been without a mate for 1 year now to make sure he would be ok and he has adjusted very well to loosing his partner. He enjoys being spoken, sang and whistled to and enjoys coming out of his cage. If he is given another mate, he is a very good father and protective over his hen and will violently ward you off while she retreats to the safety of the nest box. He is in beautiful plumage and color and well fleshed. He had a great diet of African Special Pellets, some seed, fresh fruits, veggies, pasta, rice, wheat bread, etc. He does have a small healed, crack in the left side of his upper mandible from defending his territory against my breeder male umbrella cockatoo. It is healed and did not require any wire sutures and did not do any damage to the soft, oral tissues. The birds in the picture are of this male and his mate (he is in the background). 1 Please be aware that the airline shipping may be more or less depending on what the price is at the time you want the bird. Prices listed are as of February, 2008. I will of course call the airline carrier upon your emailed interest of one of my babies! At the last shipping of birds a small pet carrier for small birds like cockatiels was $105.00 and large pet carriers for cockatoos was $110.00. Combined birds are cheaper to ship such as buying 3 cockatiels and shipping them in the same carrier. It's a great opportunity to get GREAT birds between friends and split the shipping cost!
